    iR C3100

Yellow not aligning correctly, all other colours appear to be ok, samples attached.

Attended to find "replace yellow" message with new Yellow Cartridge installed. Vacuumed internals including Yellow Dev Unit and Yellow Cartridge and reinstalled, cartridge accepted but misaligned as per attached PDF.

Check the Rear Tension Arm on Trans Belt Assmy.
if it is the old type, replace it with a new type. "02" is
marked in the new type of tension arm (front) and tension arm (rear) to identify a new type tension arm.

If you have replaced the arms, you still have an issue with the belt slipping, clean all the rollers and the inside of the belt, all else fails replace the ITB assy.

          FC5-0337-030 ROLLER, INSIDE

This roller is inside the transfer belt assembly and nearest the main transfer roller.

The ends of this roller do wear down where they fit on the bearings.

Edit re read post did you change the entire transfer belt with a new one ?
