[Misc] Different scan area when batch scanning front-side and back-side

Hi!

Is there a way to apply different settings for scan area (i.e. left margin) for front-side and back-side when batch scanning using CapturePerfect v3.0 and Canon DR 9050C? I have tried different approaches, and also looked in the CapturePerfect manual, but cannot find any settings for this. However, I am able to apply different settings for color, image quality etc.

I would check and see if there is an alignment page shipped with the product and see if there is an alignment procedure.
