Canon IR2020 image quality problems

Hi Guys!
I've got a problem with a Canon IR2020. It has ttle lines on the image, thought it is the failure of the drum, as its life was 55. Well After I changed for a new drum the lines were still there, even getting bigger. If I get the drum out , on the surface of the drum there were the same lines in toner.
I thought it must be the developer or it's cylinder.So I got it out from the machine. It's not big thing that get it out ( the toner cover and the drum puller ) so after I got it out I found a little plastic roller inside . I dunno what it's diameter is 8-10mm. I've done developer changind before several times, but I've never met with this roller.
so I put another developer into the machine. the result was the same.Even I copy a blank paper it did the same lines.
I don't know what could be that. I'm really out of idea. maybe laser unit, but the lines???
Or DC panel?

For start try with WLaa-15.01 firmware.Also you can try to swap the laser if you have one.

Loose Ribbon Cable to the CIS unit. Re-seat the Ribbon Cable ????

Once I have a problem with Ir 2025 the copier was with spots but it was very diferent that the picture, finally the memory in the main controller (image procesor) was not working ok. I replace the memory (ddr modul) and now the photocopier it is working again with a very good quality.

yes, it is a pity , I think everybody can improve in this forum, but it is important to tell when a problem has been solved.

Can you describe your the spots issues you encountered?
Possible to attach any sample?

the memory in the main controller (image procesor) was not working ok, some sheet there was lines like the picture and the qualty was very low density in the black area, this example was a white photocopy. I replace the memory (ddr modul) and now the photocopier it is working again with a very good quality.
