this issue has already been discussed in detail in a few post, try searching if you want a more detailed explanations. a summary :

machine warming up is likely caused by 1 of your drums reaching their limit or can be the chip

booting up: try reseating the pcb's on your mainboard

    goodluck

      Do the easy first>
Check your Drums> are they old ?/ remove & re-seat them if not-
Check in service mode, * 2 & 8 *, under Copier > display > Dens. Look at the value for each individual color. The normal value would be between zero and one. If you have a color with a value around four or five you have an issue with the toner/starter concentration level for that color. By replacing that color drum unit you may resolve the issue
also if u can get in service mode- check for E004 codes
      Next>>>>>>>>>>>>
1-Remove the Delivery Vertical Path Unit on the left side of the machine. You will see a photo sensor PS5 Fixing Feeder Unit Open/Close Sensor sandwiched between two micro-sensors that actuate when closing the Fixing Feeder Unit. Clean that photo sensor as it fills up with dirt and dust.

2-Remove your memory DIMMS / Clean ends & re-seat them/ if there are two-one may be bad
      3-Clean and re-seat other PCB's

I swap the drum from the machine which keep booting up in to the machine which keep warming up, and then the one which printer keep warming up to be okie, The Drum I saw, by my eyes is the same to the one which has probblem.

But when i go to service mode with *28* -> Display -> Dens I saw the "Black" show : -4.58, while others show around -0.45 that is the resean I swap the Black Drum. After Swap, I go to the service mode again, the Dens of Black to be better, it is show around -1.25 and printer is working on well .
