Canon CLC 2620 stops after start of copying and sreen goes blank

Machine has 160K copies. It was stored in warehouse in for 4 months. After powering on machine boot up normaly to the "ready" status. U can enter service screen and do anything else until I hit the copy button. Machine start to pull paper and the screen goes blank and paper stop( it it pulled 3-4 cm into the machine).Tried from all cassetes inc. baypass.

Bealive it or not machine is still alive and I can press any button and will heer "beep" but screen is blank until I restart the machine and start all over again. Machine did work before it was in the warehouse and noone touched her.

Any suggestions?Mybe reloading the firmware or reconecting the cables on the boards? I never saw this type of problem so I'm little bit unexperienced in this situation.

    Thank you for any suggestion!

      CONDENSATION~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

when a machine is put in a warehouse, it needs to have DRUMS & TONER REMOVED> THEN DOUBLE SHRINK WRAPPED COMPLETELY

I would pull out the memory dimm/dimms and clean the ends w/alcohol > dry off>re-seat them
