How to get the ir5000 to print??
Not able to print from network ??????
In service mode under 'Version', check to see if it shows that there is a PS/PCL version. If not, then most likely stand-alone system software is loaded on machine. Even though the machine has the network boot dimm it will not be able to print. Load system software version for Network . If machine only boots a quarter of the way (progress bar) most likely it needs extra memory. The unit must have 192 MB of ram at minimum to be used as a network printer.

Hi everyone 
So I just got a ir5000 and I have changed the ip address, the sub and the gateway on the copier... then I went on my computer and downloaded the correct driver...the copier is now on my computer but won't print, just says print error.....I also changed the dsn to my ip address?? it is on dhcp...when I do the "ping" command it says it gets a response from the host and knows my host is citywest??? I am thinking I am missing something for my computer but just not sure thanks for your time everyone
