Bad toner transfer on iRC-ADV 5051.

    hello all!
I have this kind of problem on IRC-ADV 5051: with papers with rough surfaces, I have a bad toner transfer ....
Is there a remedy to solve the problem?
    Thank you!

      How rough is the surface?
what are you setting the paper type as?

As the previous post suggest make sure the ITB and primary rollers have been upgraded along with your firmware.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
