    controller power supplyFM2-2764-000

When you turn on the machine there is no power up sequence, no LCD display, and the control panel Green LED is on. The All-Night Power Supply protection circuit may be shutting off power to all loads. The RMT1 and RMT2 signals are used to trigger the protection circuit and disable the power supplies.

When a Canon doesn't boot up its usually bad ram. Try cleaning the contacts but use a solvent not your fingers as in that YouTube video!

A friend had the same problem the other day and it was a loose connector on the main controller so don't rule out the easy ones.
