CANON IR5570 E004

My copier canon ir5570 has an error eoo4 , i hanged the fixing heater power supply.te copier worked normally for one week, then it repeats the same error e004.for the second time i changed heater power supply, the copier worked but i decide to stop the machine.i think some thing is wrong, please i need help.does any one know how to fix heater power supply.thanks for help

just you check supply voltage.it should be around 128 v.
