    what password & id ???/
did u ever have dept id & password set up before ??

Forgot Department ID Management Password and the System Settings or System Manager Password -
    1) Go into Service Mode by hitting [Additional Functions-2 and 8-Additional Functions]
    2) Select [COPIER]
    3) Select [FUNCTION] (One of the buttons across the top of the LCD)
    4) Select [CLEAR]
    5) Scroll to screen two of the LCD using the Right arrow key.
    6) Select [PWD-CLR]
    7) Hit [OK]
    8) Hit the RESET button twice in order to return to the Main LCD Screen.
This will turn off the Department ID Management feature on the machine (without deleting the configured Department IDs and Passwords) and will clear out (delete) the System Manager ID and Password.

It might be necessary to Power the unit Off and then Back ON.

If the Address Book is password protected and the password is unknown-
Password can be cleared, by performing an MMI Clear. MMI Clear can be found in Service Mode >Function > Clear > MMI.
-Network settings are volatile to an MMI clear and will need to be configured after clearing the MMI. Print out a User Data list, before performing the clear.

put your old controller back in/ print out your P PRINT & USER PRINT SETTINGS/

put in the new controller & put those settings back in
