canon ir 2030 showing paper jam signal in the second cassette,when i disconnect the connectors fromm the second casstte pcb, the machine works well from the first cassette, i repalced the sensors, checked the wiring, replaced the pcb, still problom pesiists, any idea, wht could be the reason? thanks in advance.

Did you replace all the sensors? the sensor shown in the picture (FC6-4350-000) can be a common problem on these machines.

is paper picked up in #2 ?
Check that the Paper Detection Arm { FC6-4350-000 } is not out of position-
