c5051 Configuration question when adding a staple finisher c1

Customer needs a puncher and I have a question about installing a c1 finisher.

I think the buffer comes with this and I believe I have to order a new front cover. I would have to remove an internal finisher too so will need to get a a couple sensor flags I am guessing. I have set a few of these up but its been awhile.

Anything you would like to add about making this change?

Hi, Simons

From the attached, C1 Finisher comes in 2 kind (item 19 or 20) which will need a separate Buffer Pass (item 16). This will install directly over the existing Tray B?? (I might be named wrongly), prior to this, need to remove some covers and the sensor lever. The puncher (item 18, based on your region) will be mounted on the finisher before hooking onto the copier. All this is in brief, would be best to follow the accompany manuals.

Your internal finisher, by chance referring to Inner Finisher-A1?? (item 2). If whomever installed it, thrown away the originals cover & etc stuff, then yes, you will need new covers

i was tempted to pickup a set sitting at a customer since november, but i save too much junk.
if it is still there i can rescue it for you or ask a buddy to save you some. we have tons of installs soon.
