Hi all,
After sorting our print head issues out (many thanks to charm5496) we now have another issue which has just started, no errors but the problem is that after the printer has finished printing the carriage will travel to the far left to mechanically engage the cutter but dosnt seem to travel far enough and does not engage it ?
Any help greatly appreciated.
