Canon Q1 fiery firmware and SST needed!!!

Hi i've bought Q1 fiery for my imagepress C1, everything works perfect except ColorCal aplication which hungs or gives me popups when trying to get the measure. It says like "Measurement page cannot be detected (36)" or "The process is stalled. Mayve the server is busy". It allows to ride the scanner for 4-5 times and then there is no response from the scanner any more. I need this callibration deadly since i have different tonners which are unable to go with eye-one.

Any info or files for firmware update system update or SST whould be great!

    Thanks in advance.

Q2 firmware works just fine on a Q1 rip and they should support the Q2 still.
They won't even sell it to you?
