I have a IR5070 that once the cartridge gets about 1/2 empty, the machines says replace toner cartridge. We repl the toner sensor and put a new toner in and now 6 months later it is saying replace toner but the toner is still 1/2 full. Any ideas?

Toner Sensor should be mounted evenly against the side of the Developer Assembly.
