[Jamming] Exit Roller sometimes not operates

Hello all ....
Lately, mine iR5000 machines, frequent paper jams. after I observed, it caused the exit roller (Stepping Motor M13) is sometimes operate and sometimes it does not rotate.
I have tried replacing the DC Control PCB, Driver Motor PCB and Unit 1, but the problem still remains the same.
do you think, that what should I check further? ...

Post a jammed code will solve an issue easier

clean the ratch (inside the gear that moves exit roller) that moves the exit roller that will solve your problem . stepping motor and dc controller are not the problem

I once had intermitant jams on a 5000 at the exit roller, i took off all the front panels and noticed that one of the gears had been pretty much completely knackered, so that got changed and i havent had a problem since!
