Re: cleaning transfer belt
If the blade is not cleaning the ITB, it has to replaced.

Re: cleaning transfer belt
if you have glue or some other foreign body on the ITB causing image quality issue I always use a clean cotton pad with rubbing alcoholAccidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.Comment

Re: cleaning transfer belt
Better than alcohol, use paraffin lamp oil and a webril pad. It removes adhesive quickly with little scrubbing, and does not damage transfer belts, organic drum coatings, ASi drums (as if anything could damage those). Of course, you do have to make sure it's completely evaporated before putting the unit back into service. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
