    Imagepass H1 on Canon IR c5180 can't print

    Machine had fuser error. Fixed fuser then they can't print. Not too experienced with this model, but it comes to the ready state of "00" on the fiery. try to access print setup, gets to "please wait" and never gets to setup menus.
    No ping response from old IP address. No startup page so I don't know if IP changed. Lights on where network plugs in. Controller set to "3" in service mode.
    Switch controller to "0" and hook network straight to copier, load IP and driver - doesn't print or even populate the queue at the machine. Maybe this NIC only works for Fiery connection?

    I am thinking maybe firmware issue, but don't know where to get it. Also don't know which version the Imagepass is - V1.1 or 2.0. Is this maybe in the print driver?
