[Misc] Canon IRADVC2030 clicking noise waste toner container area

I attended IRADVC2030 with streaks on copies today. Having taken out ITB I noted all the streaks were formed on belt and waste toner lodged on belt. Replaced ITB assy run 25 copies ok thereafter clicking noise started. Checked waste toner container at this point and noted it was very full, believed customer ignored warning messages. Emptied waste toner container but still making the clicking noise when running. Tried to vacuum waste toner pipes with no luck. Anyone with info should please respond. Thanks.

If needed>the Waste Toner Auger Flag is FC8-4571-000.
    check this picture

    waste2.jpg
There is a small white flag on the right side of the waste bottle. This flag spins the auger inside the waste bottle to equally distribute the waste toner in the bottle. If the flag is broken or missing toner backs up in the bottle and clogs the ITB Cleaning Unit. After the toner backs up into the ITB Cleaning Unit the gears for the auger in the cleaning unit starts to grind or chatter. After the gears start grinding the waste toner dumps on the ITB Belt because it has no place to go.

      UPDATE!!!

      Problem identified and solved.

Waste toner feed drive assy's gears damaged. P/No. FM3-8157-000.

It's advisable to replace waste toner feed assy together with ITB assy as there are chances of much waste toner lodged in cleaning blade assy.
