Re: Canon PFI 8000 Question
The error we had was 03800500-2F2F and we replaced the head management sensor. Now it's 03800500-2F30 Head management sensor position adjustment error.
So few questions What does these problems have to do with it draining SOOO much ink when we install a new cartridge. We have more tanks empty tanks again. It's like you install a new tanks and it takes 15-25% out of the others.

Re: Canon PFI 8000 Question
The machine show some error ? I need that you be more specific about error .
If you still don't checked some item , you must make it now . check the flat cable on the print head , with the measurement tool of the to do it.
check if the ink is dry the pipe. If the ink is dry probably when you print the grid all colors must be showed , otherwise missed out on the color that is not properly injecting ink. This case you must check the ink pump or dc controller.
post here more information about problem like the image of the grid .Leave a comment:

Canon PFI 8000 Question
Had error for head management sensor. Replaced it and error went away but original problem still exist. Running the head cleaning cycle or installing a new ink cartridge takes 1/2 hour and fills the waste up every time. Doing a nozzle check everything moving like it's working but no ink comes out on the paper. Heads have great foot prints. We have no errors except low or out of inks. If we install another new cartridge it's just going to waste all the other inks.Tags: None
