yea no kidding. Especially since it's pretty much an open book test. If you need to cheat to beat it you should NOT be in the industry period.
well I did it closed book, so no I did not use open book and now I know why your in here cause you have no customers because you have a rude mouth. and you are worth less like your tools you don't have. I bet you have holes in your tool bags!

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
