After 20 years I would think you learned to RTFB.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

yea no kidding. Especially since it's pretty much an open book test. If you need to cheat to beat it you should NOT be in the industry period.

It's a test that every canon tech has to take to be certified on there machines. Its like Basic copier Knowledge test. Lots of trick question tho on that test. Like if you where to walk into a room and you flick the light switch on what would happen?
              A. The room gets brighter
              B. The room gets full of light
              C. You can see in the room
              D. The power is in on

answer is C. you can see in the room

Seriously? What a stupid fukn test. That's assuming it is a totally dark room to begin with. No wonder no one wants to be a tech these days. Does it really matter if we don't know why a raven is like a writing desk?

Nice literary reference. Lewis Carroll was annoyed for years by readers seeking an answer. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yeah I'd definitely argue that one.

Because it can produce a few notes.

There is a fine line between a machine and a pile of junk. I think yours qualifies for the second. Call Sandford and son. Ha ha ha!
