Check the laser shutter is opening properly. It's operated by a feature on the cartridge.

Check transfer roller.

Check toner and developer.

i tested the dv and drum ,transfer roller is working normally. thans i will keep checking

what about network prints ?

ita all the same even an internal print/report it comes blank, i tought it was a laser but no error
