Canon CLC1150 Weird Background

Dear all
im facing a weird problem in clc1150 machine ,which gives background on color copies & print ,
what i do :

i changed the 4 starter
i changed the Drum
i change the power supply
i changed the HV boared
i changed the laser and the boards realted to it
also changed primary and transfer sheet Unit
now i fed up and didnt work yet ,i attached some sample may this help thanks alot
