have had this printer for 18 months and still getting huge problem with horizontal lines across photographs and graphics....nearly always ob blue and orange/yellow halftones. engineers are clueless...changing blue and red dev far too often...HELP!
Are you talking about IRA C7055? They are many modifications about image quality. Post a sample please.
