[Jamming] Canon IR2200 jamming on fuser and blank copy

I checked a Canon IR2200. The paper always stops in the fuser unit and the copy is blank. I checked the fuser, drum unit, transfer charger and all seems ok. The panel doesn't show any error code. The jam code is 0212. Need help on what area to check? The one thing that puzzles me is why the copy is blank so I cannot isolate the fuser unit as the problem. Thanks for any help, I really need it on this one.

The only guess that I've got is a laser unit failure. When you emergency stop the machine when the paper is under the drum, is there any latent image? Possibly a developing problem? Any error codes stored (but not displayed)? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The error code stored is E733 and jam code 0212.

Try replacing the drum unit. The worn drum could be drawing too much current from the power supply, causing your E-733 code and jam 0212 code.

It has been awhile since I had this problem, but due to noise or other issues the machine requires a DC controller reset or an MMI reset. In a worse case scenario, I needed to replace the HDD because it couldn't process the store image data on the hard disk. This is NOT related to a E 602 HDD code, but still would require the HDD replacement IN A WORSE CASE SCENARIO ONLY.

Have you tried a DC controller reset or MMI reset?

Check the rear Transfer Roller holding block

Check that the DIMM on the DC controller is mounted securely and is registered in service mode. Service mode>Copier>Display>Version>DC-CON.

This jam code has taken me to my knees before. I was getting it at power on. I have no solution other than unplugging the option pedestal with trays 3 and 4.

                  Good luck,

check door actuator for laser shutter, check developer ground spring, check DE-DC under adjust/developer have seen it jump out of range higher than 255

Only thing that comes to memory on a 0212 jam code is the fixing exit actuator sticking. you can shave out the hole that the actuator drops down in, to stop that from happening. Not sure how that is related to the blank copies.

My instinct on this is that the paper jam is only a consequence of the error code and emergency shutdown. Solve the E733 and I think the jam will go too. If the jam was the cause, there would be some sort of image (latent or otherwise). =^..^=
