    CLC3200 duplex problem

Have CLC3200 machine which can not make duplex copy or print.
Single side copy and print are fine.
    Jam code is 010A.
Test duplex motor from diagnostic and motor do not work.
Tried Duplex unit from another working machine and still not duplexing.

you need to replace the duplex motor driver pcb, you'll find it at the back of printer attached to the plate were the power for optional two lower trays plugs in.

Failure of one BOARD effects the other Pcb. / if u replace the Driver pcb. and Fuse pcb is bad -it can cause the good driver pcb to crap out/ this works in the reverse also-

if u have a bad FUSE on the FUSE PCB. the Duplex Driver Pcb will not function (as in a loss of 24v on FU26 >check J68 to verify the presence of 24v)

also replace the FUSE PCB at the same time as Duplex Drive PCB/ there is a fuse that on the board that deteriorates and has low voltage across it- these fuses usually check good & not open for continuity but when needed voltage is not exact for signals they cause issues-

Tech tip on duplex issues on this model>>>the black plastic duplex guide tray warps from the heat>causing duplex issues(lines/jams/& cq problems >>>
          upper duplexing guide FB6-3581-000
          tray.jpg

these FUSES need to be checked with power on/ difficult on this model// that is why u should always carry this small cheap fuse pcb with you// saves time and headaches
