[Jamming] DARK

Hi guys I am using Ir3300. I am getting black background instead of white when I use to light or dark the content. Please guide me to solve this problem.

Are you using genuine Canon toner & drum unit?

Using genuine toner, still i am facing the problem. I did all glass and lens clean. What is this FUNCTION>CCD>CCD-ADJ. How can do that, Please help me in detail steps.

Dark you mean black hold the paper or just like fog.
If the page with black (only black without image) may be your bias have problem, just checking the bias its include transfer, primary changer.
If just like fog may be your problem at toner as Canon.Tech said. and 1000% some once replace toner without genuine Canon toner will be fog.

Normal time it is good. Dark background is coming only when I use to light or dark the content.
1. What if the bias has corrupted? help me.
2. FUNCTION>CCD>CCD-ADJ. Help me in this step by step.
I would be glad if you suggest to solve this problem.
