The opening ceremony was awesome! (Apart from Paul McCartney at the end)

In the east end and central london it is busy, and on the outskirts where the cycling is the roads will be closed on Wednesday. But it ain't been bad. Will get worse next week when the athletics starts. Lucky for me I don't cover central or east london

Thanks again. I should be able to get this resolved from here. How are things in London with the Olympics going on?

It all depends if the customer is running Dept ID codes on the iRc2620. If they are she will have to put a code in when she prints regardless. getting rid of the system manager ID will not resolve this unless its the only code in the machine. You can turn the job accounting feature off in the print driver (Device Configuration) but it seems pointless if they are trying to manage the copying/printing.

Thanks, I just got some more detail from the customer. They have several work stations. All print fine except one which asks for a password when she tries to print. I talked her through the password reset given. Hopefully eliminating the password all together will take care of it.

There isn't a default on these. Go into sevice mode - function - clear - PWD - ok . This will clear the password so you can start again
