Hi,Your model in question is close to a decade old since it launch. Moreover, just use any standard web browser to explore around RUI of the machine, click any web link that the machine presented to you and find all sorts of interesting things that you could do. Don't worry, in my years with this model I have yet crash the model via RUI.

Step 1 Press the Additional Functions button on the machine's control panel and select "System Settings." In the System Settings screen, press the "Network Settings" button and make a note of the imageRUNNER's IP address. This address consists of four sets of digits separated by periods. If you're unable to access this information on your machine, ask your IT administrator to provide it. Step 2 Return to the Additional Functions screen and select "System Settings." Turn on "Remote UI" and "Device Information Settings." Press the "Done" button as many times as necessary to bring up Basic Features. Step 3 Turn off the imageRUNNER for 10 seconds. When you turn the machine back on, the Remote UI becomes available. Step 4 Launch your Web browser. Type "http://[IP address]" without quotes, replacing [IP address] with the actual address of the machine. Press "Enter" to load the Remote UI into your browser window.

Thanks , I can remote the machine. I have tried many times to config the e-mail setting but not working until I try to input the router IP to Primary Server. e-mail can be sent out.

What is the function of DNS Server here : Primary Server & Secondary Server
