We have a ir5055 in the field that when scanning a document into the computer, it scans crooked. However, when you copy it is fine. They say if they scan using Adobe, it has a built in auto-correct feature that fixes it, but if they use any other scan program it is crooked???? Any ideas?

Re: ir5055 crooked scan
I am having this exact same problem with a brand new C5051. The copies are good, but the scans all come out crooked. I am the IT guy for the office and I was told by the installer that this is a problem with our software at the workstations and not a scanner problem since the copies are fine. Does anyone have any ideas on where I start to troubleshoot this? -
