[Error Code] help! got an error code 020 022 on canon 2380

hi there i wonder if anyone can help me i have just refurbished a canon 2380 and it was working fine before but now its coming up with an error code 5 mins after powering on E000020 0022 comes up after saying printer warming up for 5 mins i have seen in the manual this is what it says :Error in the developing assembly (Toner fault: ATR error) i have cleaned all the sensors and reset the code and still don't work i hope someone can help

If you have clean and working ATR maybe is cyan drum reason

thanks for the reply i have already tryed putting in a new set of drums it brought up an e067 0101 code then i put old ones back in and still get the e020 code i have also noticed the fuser is not warming up. Very strange

Did you inspect primary transfer roller? Upgrade Dcon to v61.01 or later.

For that code, of course, replacing the Cyan Drum along with cleaning the Patch Sensors and laser dust proof glass usually resolves the issue. But since it didn't for you

Problem :
The machine displays an error code of E020 with a sub code of 0022. This error
code indicates that the patch level is lower than the lower limit of the target although
the setting is at the maximum when intializing cyan ATR. The cyan drum was
replaced with no change. Tried DCON with no change.
Solution :
Had to perform a DCON clear followed immediately by a full auto gradtion
adjustment.
