    ir7086 finisher issue

    Hello

We picked up a couple of used Canon ir7086s with V1 finishers. I am getting constant jams where the paper can't make it out of the copier and into the finisher. The gap looks larger than I think it should look. Does anyone know if the machine needs something between the copier and the finisher like the bridge unit in the toshiba copiers. There are two cutouts that look like something should be installed that would take up the gap.

    Thank you for any help.

Arcnet connections have to be checked; check if the T Connectors and Terminators are installed on both the Copier and Finisher.
