    [Jamming] iRADV 8095 jam code 1012

    Hi All,
    I have trouble with iRADV 8095 only when enlarging A4R to A3 using DADF if one page no problem more than one the copy fold and jam in the buffer unit of the saddle finisher D1 with the jam code 1012, tried to upgrade firmware and clear DC-CON but no luck the problem still there.
    Any help for this case would be appreciated, thanks in advance

      what does the info button suggest for 1012?
      what happens if you change the magnification to !00% or any other size.

      what version firmware do you have?

          It is delay jam at S101
          The jam occur only with A3 size regardless the magnification
          The firmware version is 44.03

              OK so now, I do not think it is a weird software related jam.
              Is there damage to the lead edge.
              There might be a nick in the plastic.
              match the damaged area to the approximate spot.

              Is there a deflector nearby,
              solenoid might need a bigger stroke.
