Canon iRADv C5035i

Hi All,
I'm looking for some help on a canon machine with a code of E743

The machine will not make any prints or internal test prints i.e meter readings, It will make only one copy from the glass then if you ask for more, it says scanning and locks out, when you send a print job machine just says please wait. I have cleared the HDD and reloaded firmware to no avail, also checked the items in the manual re 743 and all seems fine.

The error code seems to point to the reader controller? but not to convinced about that, Any Help would be much appreciated.

Seems to me to be a problem with job processing, but only been working on these machines for a few months.

Have done the self diagnoses and it came up with SN-9 PCI CONFIG BRIDGE NG AND SN-19 0-SDRAM. not sure what this is pointer to,
VERSION 69 FIRMWARE ,

SN-9 PCI Config PCIBridge=

Check a PCI bus error between the Main Controller PCB 1 and the PCI Expansion PCB
Assumed Error Location/Main Controller PCB 1 PCI Expansion PCB

1. Check the installation between the Main Controller PCB 1 and PCI Expansion PCB.
2. Replace PCI Expansion PCB.
3. Replace the Main Controller PCB 1.
Supplementary Information: If the PCI Expansion PCB is not installed, [no] is displayed for the diagnosis result.

SN-19 O-SDRAM=
Check failure of Ochip SDRAM on the Open I/F PCB
Assumed Error Location/Main Controller PCB 2 Open I/F PCB

1. Check the installation of the Open I/F PCB.
2. Replace the Open I/F PCB.
3. Replace the Main Controller PCB 2.
Supplementary Information: If the Open I/F PCB is not installed, [no] is displayed for the diagnosis result.

Hi All,

Turned out to be the hard drive, Formated the hard drive and re-installed the firmware v69.03 jobs a goodun,
