[Misc] change paper size

hello guys,

my client has an ir2016 copier but she always complains that whenever she is copying the copier demands for a paper size change. and when you change the orientration the same problem appears all over again.

i have tried all means but the problem is persisting what could be the problem.
your assistance will be highly appreciated

you can try to clean the registration clutch if not correct the problem change the clutch

The registration roller as well...

Does the machine give any jam codes?

u mean off the Glass or using DF ??

is this on all paper sizes ??



Check that the Country Code has been set. Enter Service Mode> #CLEAR >OK > TYPE > OK > select the Country.

1.Using the arrow keys select "# Clear" then press the OK key
2.Using the arrow keys scroll to "TYPE" then press the OK key
3.Using the arrow keys, select the country/region type that conforms to the communication standard of where the machine is located.
4.With the country/region displayed, press the OK key. When "Please Wait" disappears, the selected country/region type takes effect.

for Incorrect paper size message or pickup delay jam

replacing the 27T/50T Gear (FB6-1633-000) with 40T/50T Gear (FC6-4390-000) in the cassette 1 Paper Pick-Up Assembly corrects the problem.

I have this problem on copier who has made more than 500.000 copies.Replace flag sensor pre-regist FC6-4310-000.
