Hi dear i have this machine by mark canon image RUNNER 3300 That is giving me this massage enter the department ID and password using the numeric key. i believe that some one most have put a password on the machine and forget the password. please some hep will be grateful tanks for your consent.

Interesting.Every day someone turn on ID department mistakenly.
