        did someone do a PWD-CLR

        if so>>>
Problem can probably be resolved by performing MMI clear.
Note: User info will be lost.

        Before clearing MMI,
print out an Output Report via Settings/Registration > Preferences > Network > Output Report.

Next go to Copier > Function > Clear > MMI clear > OK, then Power cycle machine Off and then back On.

When the machine comes back up the Log In button will be able to be triggered.

        Re-enter Network information:
Go to Preferences > Confirm Network connection Set changes and Turn On > TCP/IP settings > IPv4 Settings > IP Address Settings and re-enter information. Close the window and re-boot copier to a working condition.

imageRUNNER ADVANCE Models which requires LOGIN of System Manager ID and PIN.
The default setting for the System Manager ID is "7654321" and Password is "7654321"
