My organization has two domains, we will call them DomainA and DomainB. The iR5070 is set up in DomainA. The system is set up so that users who reside in DomainB (sub-contractors, basically) can use the scanner to send scans via email to their accounts. The path is iR5070>DomainA's Mail Server>Connector>DomainB's Mail Server>User. Suddenly, users residing in DomainB can no longer receive their scanned emails. Users in DomainA can receive fine. The iR5070 displays "Check Destination" on the main display when the sending fails. When looking through the log, the error displayed is #806, and the result is NG.
To find the error log, enter the IP of your printer in the web browser, then follow:
