This unit is a little difficult to repair. So replacement should be considered.

I replaced exactly one NP6016 fixing film. It took nearly two hours to get the thing back together and tension balanced. It was definitely not worth it.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I checked Canon's esupport about their exchange program and this model is not listed yet as of yesterday. They have this program where you send in your old fuser and they rebuild it and send it back at a lower cost than a new one, the trick is to buy a new unit to start yourself a core program, because the turnaround time is about a week. I'll post it when they start the 2016 line, it should be soon.

Did you checked the bushings from pressure roller ? If they are used, pressure roller applies uneven force to film, causing the film to slip.
