cannon ir 2870 keep a3 2 side keep paper jam

hello

i got a IR2870 bu is keep jam when using 2side 3a paper jam code is 107
i has try to change the hardware but is the same proplem

PS:A4,A4side,A3 1side is normal no jam

Your statement is not clear enough, however your problem seems to be caused by paper quality and its condition of course. i.e., storage may as well affect the quality of paper (dump, humid etc). So try, 1. High quality paper from a trusted source, 2. Don't open the paper from its original packing until ready for use and remove remaining paper in the cassettes in the morning and 3. Choose a wooden cabinet than a metal one for storing copypapers to avoid moisture.
