Canon iR2525 send option license problem

Hi! All
I need you to help my trouble, I have a copy canon ir2525, then when i install send option on LMS server, its okie, but problem is i've not yet input soft key to the machine then my copy break down count PCB and soft serial PCB, so I decide to buy 2 new PCB from CANON, and request them transfer the key to new PCB, so I wonder that does canon can do transfer the key to the new PCB with out get key from the copy have license on LMS server but not have on the copy machine. As the service manual: if you want to trasfer the colour send option license to the new machine, the machine must be already got the license. and in my case, the machine not yet input the license.

1-You registered the License Access Number for SEND OPTION/
2-U then Entered the serial number for the imageRUNNER device (the machine that the optional kit will be installed on).
3-U received the License Key number for the installation on the copier.
4-Before u could enter it on copier , it broke down ?
5-An error code made u order a Counter pcb & a Serial pcb.
what was the issue u had that needed this change.
Serial Number PCB's are restricted. The Serial Number PCB can only be obtained by
contacting the Canon Technical Support Hotline.
Counter Memory PCB is electronically stamped with the serial number from the Serial Number PCB.
Counter Memory, Serial Number and Main Controller PCBs work as a set and are considered the “Soft Counter Circuit”.

Your Machine Serial # does not change/
u should be able to enter the License Key number u received when printer is up and running-----

u do not have a transfer issue because u did not enter License Key number on broken printer ?

at step 4. Yes, the copy broken before I enter the License
step 5. The board broken with E355 code, even I reset it.
I obtained Serial Number PCB by Canon Singapore over the vietnam canon distributed, they send us Counter PCB and Serial Number together, the news PCB they send us with new ser. and counter but the send option thay said that 'cos the license did not input into the copy so they don't sure can get the license form the LMS server to trasnfer to news once.
I just to asked that cound i get the license tranfer without enter the copy.

the Serial # should be the same> didn't they ask for printer # when u ordered pcb,???

U will need to contact a CANON Support person in your area to explain> they should provide a solution on your issue>& not have u purchase a new LMS
try to enter License Key number on printer >see what happens
