[Misc] install cartridge ir2000

Dear CopyTech Team,

Please i face a problem with ir 2000 the message " install cartridge " despite of the the cartridge installed and full with toner i need your help

Remove out the dev unit,try to dis-assemble the unit by removing the top cover and ensure that the shutter opens up when turning the cartridge to the lock position.If this is ok ,try to disconnect the HVT board from the power supply pcb and re power the machine.If the error is not detected the the fault could be with the hvt board.
