    IRC 2880 Z1 finisher 1101 jam

I am working on an IRC2880 with a Z1 internal finisher. Letter size paper will exit from the finisher about an inch and give an 1101 jam every time. The error is for the SR1 finisher sensor. We swapped finishers, accessory power supplies, DC controller boards and ordered the cable that goes from the finisher pwb to the copier. The feed out wheels never turn nor do they drop down to feed. 11x17 exits half of the sheet. It acts like the exit section is dead. It was giving a 540 error but it doesn't anymore. Any help would be appreciated.

Problem : paper jams code 1101 every 3 or 4 copies before existing finisher

Cause : Wiring loom on frame of machine whine connects to the finisher controller

Solution : Remove the finisher and remove the cable ties on both the looms which run from the rear of the frame to the front of the machine which
    connect to the finisher controller

Remark : replace cable ties with loose fitting ones

We replaced the dc driver and controller pwb. The output tray is up, but it doesn't look like it is up far enough. We are going to replace the main controller.
