Metal paper guide behind feed unit removed.
I see nothing on the fuser unit hitting or hanging up on anything.
I still suspect the right hand slide rail that the unit slides out on. It's catching on a Stop of some kind.
Upon closer inspection I see the following,
The fuser unit slide rails roll in and out on a series of ballbearings.
I see that on the right hand rail the ballbearings are all the way toward the front of the machine.
But on the left hand rail they are about 7 inches further toward the back of the machine.
I'm pretty sure both slide rail bearings should line up.
I tried pushing the bearings on the right rail back with a small flat screwdriver and tapping with a hammer but they won't budge.
I'm getting frustrated and have been tempted to force and bend the rail stops but I know that's only make things worse.
    HELP! Before I go Nuts!
    Hi,

If i was you i would remove the drum unit before doing anything else, if it gets scratched it's very difficult to polish and get those scratches out, and expensive to replace too.
Make sure the green handle is down and developer unit is removed, than push unit back in and remove the drum unit , cover it and put on a save place before proceeding.
You will also have a better look inside to what's causing your problem.
You can also remove the finisher and the left side covers for a look from that side also.

      Problem (somewhat) resolved..,
I ended up carefully prying back the right side rail stop with a screwdriver. Then slowly slid the unit all the way out. The bottom ball bearings dropped out one-by-one. I caught them all and set aside for now.
I was able to open the fuser unit, clear a paper jam and replace the cleaning web roller.
Then I slid the fuser unit back into the machine and it's running for now.
I have ordered a top fuser roller which I'll need to lift and remove the whole fuser unit out of the machine to do the repair. At that time I'll get a better chance to see what's going on with the right side draw slider. Till then I'm in business again. Thanks for all your suggestions.
