[Misc] Scanned documents moved to junk mail in Scan front 220

Hi,
i have a question. I have Canon Scan front 220 network scanners in LAN, which can send scanned documents via email But
all emails are moved to junk-emails folder in outlook 2007.

Can somebody tell me, why these mails are moved to the junk-email folder and how can i resolve this problem?

right click on the scanned email and "add sendeer to safe sender list"

This is not just a Canon issue. It happens with all brands. A few years ago I had a Ricoh 1515MFP and the internet provider decided to just delete all mail from the machine. In this case the mail didn't even reach the junk mailbox. So add a rule in Outlook for the machine like Eddie says.
Sometimes it also works when you put something in the subject field.

Some years back I had a Ricoh 2027 at an account where the ISP kept blocking the messages because of how the subject line was worded.

It was a very small ISP, so they made the adjustment for the customer (after some serious convincing...)

good idea, but Outlook 2007 has had this issue of pushing to junk mail even if u set /adjust settings
try Outlook 2007>Tools-Options-Preferences-Junk Email and select low as the setting
or re-check your e-mail RULES settings----make sure "on this machine only" is not checked off


may be better to try and adjust thru your ANTI-virus program e-mail filter
