please help my Canon irc3220 show paper jam it does not even pick the paper from any trays and even the bypass

Pull out the right side drawer and the lift side, fixing drawer. Than take a good look for any left papers inside the machine, usually a paper is hidden in this spot. Also check the left en right drawers for paper onder their covers. Check right after the fixing unit and the door above the fixing unit.
