Advance Imagerunner 5051 Has White Spots All Over Prints

Have these tinet white spots throughout prints or copies on several of the advance imagerunner 5051s. Have replaced transfer rollers, drums, developers, fixing film. Still there. Any suggestions?

Try this one, may be you can get same ideas

InCase that Paper Setting for the Poor Image is "Plain Paper"

        1) Target current setting ofdischarge current control

        (COPIER>ADJUST>HV-PRI>DIS-TGM/TGC/TGK)<Level2>

The setting value of theapplicable service mode is set to "+2." If not improved, the setting

value is increased by every [+2 ].

        2) Adjustment of electrostaticcharge AC current

(COPIER>ADJUST>HV-PRI>OFSTAC-M/OFSTAC-C/OFSTAC-K) <Level1>The setting value of the applicable service mode is set to"+2." The setting value is set to +4,

        If not improved.

InCase that Paper Setting for the Poor Image is "Heavy Paper"

        1) Target current setting ofdischarge current control (COPIER>ADJUST>HV-PRI>DIS-TGM2/

        TGC2/TGK2) <Level2>

The setting value of theapplicable service mode is set to "+2." If not improved, the setting

        value is set to +4.

        2) Adjustment of electrostaticcharge AC current (COPIER>ADJUST>HV-PRI>OFSTACM2/

        OFSTACC2/OFSTACK2)<Level1>

The setting value of theapplicable service mode is set to "+2." The setting value is set to+4,

        If not improved.

        [Notesabout remedy]

A drum life will be influencedif the 2nd service mode (adjustment of electrostatic charge AC

        current) is changed.

For this reason, please do not set the setting value to +4or more at the maximum.

Its 80, the solution was the external secondary transfer roller. Even though it was replaced 2 weeks prior, it was contaminated. Thanks.

That roller is still good pal.
You need to go in service mode and adjust your Transfer voltages, to compensate for the environmental changes (humidity, temp)
