If these lines run lead edge to trail edge, and they get darker, most likely the solution is to rewire your primary corona. CLEANING WILL NOT HELP.
The corona springs are different, you can use old style springs or snip the closed loop to facilitate stringing your wires.
Also clean or replace your intake fan filter
If that does not work you need to get modified drum cleaning blade FL3-6291 and retainer FL3-5194-020

Teckat, If the feed direction is the same as your sample its in the middle of the page and its 2 lines and i notice that distance between the two lines are exactly the same as the distance of the separation claw in the drum unit. And the lines doesn't starts in the middle also like 4inches long. Is it cause with the separation claw or something wrong in the ETB unit? Sorry about my explaination.

Lines start from the middle like around 4 inches long it doesn't go straight to the end of the page. And this machine got only around 230,000 copies on it.

It is possible you have scratches on the Drum, did you inspect the Sep Claws for damage? Do the 4" lines vary in position on the page output ie. do they occur 2 or 3 times on an A3 page?

Inspect your drum very thorough for marks or a small dot of toner. Here we got allot of problems with dots/contamination on the drum surface, these dots damage the cleaning blade so it starts to give lines on the print.

We have no idea what causes the dots contamination.

I did check the drum properly and no cratch no marks or even dot. I tried A3 and lines doesnt change or moves to any place. I read somewhere in canon site about the iradv 8105 series, something the same issues i have nd they are saying that separation claw causes it. But havnt check yet. Maybe on next visit.

If the sep claw is the problem, you have to take the process assembly out, turn it upside down and check and replace the claws.
There was some info about this but I can't find it now.

The explanation for the dots is -----WASTE TONER.
They have modified the blade and retainer to clean better

Can you send a print sample. Indicate the leading edge.

I've been having this problem in 3 different machines and fix the problem by replacing the 1st corona assembly or the secondary corona assembly. is it possible to rewire the primary and secondary corona assembly? is the tension of the wire really important? mostly the primary corona assembly?
