I have a Canon copier iR3225N that occasionally when printing via network, jobs are waiting to be printed and the flashing green light. The user attempts to cancel it at the system monitor in the copier but stuck, displaying the message "canceling ..." At the end need to turn off and on.
I updated the firmware to version 47.01, I disabled the multicast option, I replaced the hard drive and the main controller. We have also tried to connect to another network point, we have changed the network cable, also tried with PCL and UFRII driver. The problem persists and I have no idea what can be. Has anyone ever happened this ruling?. How I can fix it? Thanks in advance.
