    Canon ImageRunner 7200

I was called out to work on a Canon ImageRunner 7200. I was told that the copier had a fuser error code. I am unsure of what the code was because the individual did a number of various things to the copier on their own trying to fix it. I will go into detail about what all they did. The customer apparently cleaned something within the fuser section and based on what I know I assume it was the thermistors. I am not sure how much of the fuser he took apart, but I know he took some of it apart. The individual apparently noticed a toner leak next and I believe, from what he told me, that it was coming from the ends of the drum. The individual serviced that area, but I am not sure how he serviced it. After he completed the service on his copier and put it back together he turned it back on. However the copier now has a misfeed light on with the following code: 0720 1733 4F 0 0A0D

Was this code and misfeed problem caused by anything the individual did while servicing the copier, or is this problem unrelated and something else that needs to be addressed? Thank you for any help given.
